Previous class we looked at passing the guard with buzzsaw passes, we then moved on to knee on belly and attacks from there including: –
- Cross Collar Choke from Knee on Belly (Low percentage submission for me)
- Far side spinning arm bar from Knee on Belly (Medium percentage submission for me)
In this class we are going to look at some side control chokes from a crucifix position.
Entry progression –
Pass Guard > Side control > Shin across near side arm for control > Far side under-hook and hold lapel (op side)
Attack 1 – Thumb inside grip and bring the elbow down
Attack 2 – Same grip and then rota the elbow to the head.
